Wow, I haven't posted any icons in a looong time. XD I watching some of the One Piece anime while on vacation and tried to take the weirdest screencaps possible from the eps. Then I played with the coloring in GIMP and this is the result. There's a lot of weirdness here, but I guess that's typical of OP.
